What format do you need my artwork in?
Artwork for embroidery and sublimation can be good quality .jpg, .png, .pdf, etc.
Artwork for screen printing is best in vector art. Vector graphics are defined by mathematical
equations rather than pixels, so they always render at the highest quality. You can create
vector
images using popular software such as Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw, EPS or programs that can
save or print to a .pdf file. If you must, you can try an online conversion tool.
Can you help me with the artwork?
We would be happy to help you with your artwork! Depending on the work involved in getting
usable artwork there, could be a fee involved.
Will I receive proofs before my order is printed?
We will send an e-mail copy of the artwork for approval before we go forward with an order.
If you require a sample shirt or item, a proof charge will be applied.
Do you ship?
We do ship orders, but the customer is responsible for all shipping charges unless other arrangements are made.

Can I mix and match colors of the same style?
Yes, you can mix apparel colors and styles in most cases. Color changes in embroidery can be done without additional fees. If you want a color change, for instance on your screen print, there is a charge for that.
Do you carry youth sizes?
We can supply apparel from birth up to 10X. Of course, not all items are available in all sizes. Check with us for details.
How long will my order take?
We usually request at least 2 weeks to turn an order, but in some cases we can complete your order even sooner.
We will work with customers in order to get their order completed within their time limits!
Do you offer large quantity discounts?
